Beau Tibbs brings a wealth of experience to the field, having spent 18 years immersed in the game. As an all-district shortstop during his high school years at Nimitz High School, Beau showcased his skills and love for baseball. Unfortunately, shoulder injuries curtailed his playing career, but he has channeled that setback into a new mission: passing on his knowledge to the next generation.

At Premier Baseball, Beau focuses on mentoring and shaping young players, emphasizing fundamentals, strategy, and a deep appreciation for the sport. His dedication to teaching ensures that the legacy of baseball continues to thrive.
