DST has been partnered with Premier Baseball of Texas since 2014, running their strength and conditioning program in the summer and offering year-round training the rest of the year. Over the past 8 years, DST has worked with some of the top athletes in the world in all sports. DST has especially built a reputation nationally in the baseball community working with other esteemed companies such as the Texas Baseball Ranch, Driveline Baseball and Jaeger Sports. DST is also represented on the Diamond Kinetics national Hitting Counsel with Bobby Tewksbary, Chas Pipit, Jim Rickon and Alex Hugo.

DST operated as the strength and conditioning team for the University of Houston Baseball program under Todd Whitting from 2013-2016. That stretch included two regional berths (one hosted) and a regional championship as well as a super regional berth. DST's founder, Lee Fiocchi is now the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the Los Angeles Angels major league team. Over the years at Premier Baseball, DST has helped countless athletes gain college scholarships at all levels and has had three High School All-Americans as well as several NCAA All-Americans.
