Romulo’s leadership extends beyond coaching. He served as a Field Coordinator for baseball and softball at Carabobo University (Venezuela). In Houston, Texas, he established the Lynx Baseball Academy in 2020, nurturing young talent and fostering a love for the game.
Born in Venezuela, Romulo has spent 57 years immersed in the world of baseball. His bilingual proficiency allows him to connect with players from diverse backgrounds. Romulo’s 35-year marriage to his wife Rina Palacio and reflects his commitment to both family and baseball.
